GB Advisory Services Ltd. does not provide regulated payment services, including money transmission, deposit-taking, wallet services, or custodial services. The Company is not a payment institution and does not act as a principal in respect of customer payment transactions.

 

All customer payments are processed through independent, FCA-authorised Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including Stripe. Customer funds are received and safeguarded within the regulated PSP environment in accordance with applicable payment services regulations.

 

GB Advisory Services Ltd. acts solely in an administrative and coordination capacity on behalf of affiliated operating companies. The Company does not beneficially own customer funds and does not treat such receipts as its revenue. Funds remain within the PSP framework pending settlement and any applicable dispute, chargeback, or clearance period.

 

Following settlement by the PSP, funds are transferred to the designated operating company in accordance with the underlying commercial agreements. GB Advisory Services Ltd. records and accounts only for its agreed service fees in line with applicable accounting standards and UK tax regulations.
